Felix Rosenqvist returns to action this weekend as the NTT INDYCAR SERIES revs up for round five of the season at the iconic Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach.
A driver and fan favourite alike, the Southern California street race has been an integral part of the INDYCAR calendar for decades, marking one of the true highlights of the year.
Felix Rosenqvist has enjoyed strong form at Long Beach in recent times, powering to pole position in 2024 and running on course for a podium in the closing stages of last year’s race before ultimately finishing fourth.
Upon returning to one of his favourite events, the Swedish Meyer Shank Racing driver is keen to turn his 2026 fortunes around following a difficult start to the current season.
“I’m really excited heading to Long Beach this weekend,” says Felix Rosenqvist. “It’s a track that has always suited me well, and it’s one of our biggest races outside the Indy 500. The atmosphere is fantastic and the track is super rewarding when you get it right.
“I’ve been working hard since Barber to get back on track and unlock the potential we know is there, so I hope Long Beach will be a clear step forward in that direction.”
In the latest installment of MSR’s and SiriusXM’s music collaborations, Rosenqvist’s No. 60 Honda will be sporting a Green Day-themed livery this weekend on the California shoreline.

Practice in Long Beach begins on Friday. Qualifying is slated for Saturday and will see the reappearance of the single-car, single-lap Firestone Fast 6 format as recently trialled at the Grand Prix of Arlington.
The Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach runs for 90 laps and takes place on Sunday.
