Felix Rosenqvist takes the momentum of his Road America podium into the busiest part of the 2025 NTT INDYCAR SERIES season, with five races scheduled across the next four weeks in a July ”super month” for the championship.
Beginning with this week’s Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio, the field will be flat out racing on each of the next four weekends – even contesting a double-header event at Iowa Speedway on July 12-13 that takes in two races.
As such, there are more points up for grabs over the coming four weeks than during any other part of the season, making it a crucial time in the championship run-in.
Fresh off a P2 finish and his first podium since joining Meyer Shank Racing, Rosenqvist sits fourth in the INDYCAR standings as the intensity begins, fittingly so at the team’s home event at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course this weekend.
”We’re heading into the busiest part of the season and we’re doing so with really strong determination following our best race yet last time out at Road America,” says Felix Rosenqvist. ”Not only was I on the podium, but Marcus (Armstrong, team-mate) also finished fifth, and we’re taking that momentum into the team’s home event.
“Added to that, Mid-Ohio might be my favourite track on the entire calendar. It’s where I tested an Indy car for the very first time, it’s where I had my first podium (2nd, 2019), and I just massively enjoy driving there. I feel extremely motivated to keep building on all these positives as we head into the second half of the season.”

To celebrate a marquee event for Meyer Shank Racing – based in nearby Pataskala – Rosenqvist’s #60 Honda will carry a bespoke livery at Mid-Ohio in collaboration with SiriusXM’s Ozzy’s Boneyard (channel 38), featuring heavy metal legend Ozzy Osbourne and his iconic band Black Sabbath.
“I can’t wait to represent Ozzy and Ozzy’s Boneyard at Mid-Ohio,” says Felix Rosenqvist. “The livery is totally different than anything we have ever done before and having Ozzy on the car – literally, his face is on the car – will be pretty epic.”
The Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio gets underway with opening practice on Friday, followed by second practice and qualifying on Saturday. The race takes place on Sunday, spanning 90 laps.
