(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INDYCAR have announced a rescheduled date for the 104th running of the Indianapolis 500, moving the prestigious event from its traditional May slot to August 23 in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The news also sees the postponement of the GMR Grand Prix, originally set to be staged at the Indianapolis road course in early May, to July 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This means that the 2020 NTT IndyCar Series season is now preliminarily slated to begin with the Detroit double-header on May
