\"\"<\/a>Felix has handed Team Sweden its first-ever FA1 pole position by going fastest in Friday’s qualifying session at Monza.<\/p>\n

Felix out-paced regular AutoGP frontrunner Sergio Campana by a tenth of a second to lap the Italian Grand Prix venue in 1m35.873s, with third-placed Nigel Melker (Team Netherlands) a further three tenths behind.<\/p>\n

In doing so, Felix will\u00a0lead the\u00a0field away\u00a0at the start of the\u00a0opening 30-minute race of the meeting, with a second qualifying session\u00a0taking place\u00a0tomorrow morning to set up the grid for Sunday’s Race 2.<\/p>\n

Earlier today, Felix also topped both of the free practice sessions, giving him a clean-sweep of P1 lock-outs so far this weekend.<\/p>\n

The FA1 cars are achieving top speeds in excess of 300 km\/h at Monza.<\/p>\n

“Things have felt very comfortable all through the day, and we’ve been fastest in every session so far. It’s such a pleasure to drive a car that’s doesn’t require too much fine-tuning, and which is actually pretty straightforward to set up.\u00a0Qualifying wasn’t perfect and there is still more to come, but being on pole with Team Sweden is a great feeling – particularly on this special day!”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
