He would later overtake both of his rivals &#8211; and Van Amersfoort Racing&#8217;s Gustavo\u00a0Menezes &#8211; in the closing stages to cross the line in 14th.<\/p>\n<p>As expected, the race featured a number of incidents, with the safety car being called into action twice. It was a genuine <em>race<\/em> in the\u00a0true sense of the word, and\u00a0I\u00a0did some of the best overtaking manoeuvres of my career today. I\u00a0went around the outside of a couple of guys into\u00a0the hairpin, and just tried to\u00a0enjoy it as much as I could.\u00a0Now, the weekend sort of re-starts for me, and I&#8217;m\u00a0massively looking forward to qualifying this afternoon.\u00a0We\u00a0really deserve a better outcome
